Your greatest mentor in the early stages of your company is the structure of our assignments, the pace of the program, the camaraderie of you peers, and the direction of the local leaders involved in the program. The Mentors identified on the Mentors page will give presentations and participate in Q&A sessions for subjects in which their strengths lie.
You will have multiple opportunities to engage Mentors, gain their interest in your company, and ask their advice. If you're able to build a strong connection, you may even bring one on as an adviser. Like running a company, nothing is guaranteed or given, but it can certainly be earned.
