What documents / agreements do I need to upload to enroll into the program? Am I required to upload the Warrant or Board Consent Form?

You only need to upload the Founder Agreement to successfully enroll into the program. Please make sure you upload the PDF version when you log into the Founder Institute. If you see that the option to upload the agreement has disappeared, then you have successfully uploaded the agreement.
