You can apply to any city you like. However, please note that the Founder Institute does not provide travel or VISA/ immigration documentation assistance. If you would like to move your application to a different location, you can contact us, or, after the current semester begins, you can log into the Founder Institute website and go to the application page (http://fi.co/join), and you will be able to move your application to a new semester. 

If the city you want to apply to does not have a chapter that is enrolling, go to http://fi.co/enrolling# and fill out the form at the bottom of the page.

There may be application transfer fees applied to your account.
