What is the Founder Institute's refund policy? I want a refund/ reimbursement.

You can receive a FULL refund to the Founder Institute in your first Founder Institute semester if you drop out using the Founder Institute system before the third program session (currently, the ""Research and Customer Development"" session). This gives you the opportunity to try out the program for two sessions, with no risk.

After the Research and Customer Development session, if you cannot finish the program for your personal reason or get dropped by the Founder Institute, you can join the next semester for free. If you want to join another time and location, we will charge you a re-admission fee ($50) plus course fee differences if the new location has more than 20% course fee differences, we will not refund if the price is cheaper. 

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the Research and Customer Development session.
